To help limit the spread of COVID-19 and protect the health and safety of our customers, team members, and communities, we’re temporarily closing branches. This represents about 15% of branches in Canada. In the U.S. this affects about 11% of branches, with many locations moving to drive-through only banking as well as establishing a network of regional full-service hubs for in-person service.
