A large part of my legal practice is preparing Wills, Living Wills and Powers of Attorney. My firm, in conjunction with a national legal company that we buy estate planning software from, has developed a method by which we can (without meeting in person) get your Will completed now, witnessed now, and we can attend to an Affidavit of Execution later on. There are two extra documents /directions involved. We will not charge any extra for our services.
