Thank you, we appreciate the great response to our website sales! While our doors remain closed to browsing in person we do encourage you to continue to browse on our website at yellowknifebooks.com.
As we navigate this new reality, we are trying to figure out how best to serve our customers. We do have limited staff so we are asking you to give us 24 hours to prepare your online orders. We will call you when your order is READY and arrange for pick up.
We hope to offer pick up daily Monday to Friday and Saturday when staffing allows. As of April 4th, our schedule for pickup is:
MWF & Saturday 12-4
T&Th 5-8
When picking up your order, please call 920-2220 as this is the in-store phone number! If you have questions and no one is answering the phone, please email info@yellowknifebooks.com.
You have shown that you appreciate this service but we have to balance this with keeping our staff safe.
