QIMMIQ KENNELS IS STILL OPEN FOR BUSINESS!
While developments with the Coronavirus might change how daily life and normal business is being conducted in our community, at the current time, Qimmiq will remain open for your pets to stay and play for Day Camp AND boarding.
Since we are a small business that deals primarily in dogs, contact with the public for both clients and staff is minimal. As you all know, we are usually very efficient at getting dogs in and out with as little fuss and person-to-person contact as possible. We can also offer hand washing and sanitizing if needed.
That said, we are very eager to do our part to protect everyone who frequents our business, thus, are happy to use our “out of hours” Drop Off kennels to provide “hands free/exposure free” service to clients who are either concerned about contact with the public or are in self quarantine. This service can be utilized for both drop off and pick ups in and out of hours (but must be booked advance).
Further to that, we can accept payments by E-Transfer or over the phone credit card payments to reduce exposure at our storefront and improve safety and efficiency at pick up and drop off times.
If clients have any other suggestions that would improve their comfort and safety we are all ears!
Hopefully these measures will enable us to continue to meet your pups needs whether they are for overnight boarding, Day Camp or Grooming.
