We are both born and raised in the north. We both love to cook for others and have been working towards launching this company for the past year.

Tom is a trained chef and has worked in multiple restaurants over the past 12 years in Yellowknife.

Jer is a food enthusiast, especially when it comes to smoked and barbequed foods.
