• We will be confirming that home viewers are symptom free and have not travelled outside of the Northwest Territories within the last 14 days
• We will be providing our buyer and seller clients with a list of best practices for conducting safe property viewings
• We will be encouraging potential buyers to take advantage of our virtual tours to explore homes online
• As a supplement to our virtual tours, upon request our Realtors will offer live video tours of all listings
• We will be encouraging the use of video conferencing for the review of all documents Through the strict implementation of best practices and clear frequent communications, we are confident the marketing and sale of our clients’ properties can be accomplished safely.
